The articles and method descriptions on this site are written for a general business audience. They are not advice about your specific situation, and they are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice.

We take care to be accurate and to source what we publish. We do not warrant that everything here is complete, current or applicable to your circumstances, and we will not be liable for decisions taken on the basis of it. If something matters to your business, ask us or take advice.

What we guarantee concerns delivery, measurement and reporting — not outcomes we do not control.

Prices shown on this site

The audit fee shown on this site is current at the time of publication and may change. Ongoing engagement fees are shown as a range, and the figure applicable to a particular company is confirmed in writing after the audit.

Prices are exclusive of any tax that may apply. All figures are in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, structure, diagrams, methodology names and design — belongs to Verity Nodes Ltd or is used with permission.

You may read it, print it and share links to it. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link to the page quoted. You may not republish substantial parts of it, or reproduce it as your own material, without our written permission.

Our methodology, terminology and the structure of our measurement work are ours. Using them to run your own company's work is exactly what the knowledge base is for. Reselling them as your own service is not.

Where we link to another organisation's material, we do so because it is the source of something we have stated. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
