A real audit, with the company name removed
Fifteen pages, exactly as a client receives them. Every figure comes from 1,867 recorded observations of fifteen case packing manufacturers, measured between 1 and 15 September 2026. Only the names have been taken out.

The subject is one manufacturer. The comparison is five more.
Twenty-five buyer questions, five AI systems, and the same questions put to fourteen competing manufacturers at the same time. That comparison is what turns a percentage into a decision.

The subject was named in 17.7% of observations and ranked sixth of six against the competitors it meets most often. It appeared in fifteen of twenty-five questions and was absent from ten, on every system tested.
Of twenty-two mentions, one rested on a source the company did not publish itself.
The strongest competitor had six. That single column explains most of the gap, and it is the first thing the report says to fix.
Download the sample reportAnonymised, not invented
Every number in the report was recorded from a real AI answer. We would rather publish a real report with the names removed than a fictional one with names in it.
It is also a reduced version. A commissioned audit agrees 30 to 50 questions with you before anything is tested, covers six systems including Perplexity, measures five competitors you name, and ends with a written report and a 90-minute findings session. This sample uses the 25 questions and five systems from Edition 01 of the Index.
The instrument is the same. The coverage is narrower, and the report says so on page two.
This is what your own report would look like
Your questions, your competitors, six systems, three weeks. The written report is yours to keep whether or not you continue.
